Privacy and Cookies

This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to gptinvest.ai and the other domains in the ecosystem — stockratings.ai, trendingstocks.info, and aiquantforge.com.

Who we are

GptInvest is operated by GptInvest, contact: support@gptinvest.ai. We act as the data controller for any personal data processed through the site.

What we collect, and why

We collect as little as we reasonably can. There are two cases:

Browsing the site. When you visit any page, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages get traffic, where visitors come from, how long they stay. Google Analytics processes IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, and pages viewed. We do not use it to identify individual users, and we have IP anonymisation enabled where Google supports it.

Signing up for the email. If you subscribe to the Research Radar email, we collect your email address and, where you provide it, your name. We use it only to send the newsletter and occasional related updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your address with third parties beyond the email delivery provider.

That’s it. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, social media tracking, or session-recording tools.

Cookies

The site uses one category of cookies: Google Analytics. These cookies (_ga, _ga_*) record visit information and persist for up to two years. They are first-party cookies set on our domain.

We do not use:

• Advertising cookies
• Social media tracking cookies
• Third-party analytics beyond Google Analytics
• Session-replay or heatmap tools

You can disable cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent your visit data from being sent to Google Analytics.

Where your data is processed

Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC in the United States. Your IP address and usage data may be transferred to and processed in the US under Google’s standard contractual clauses. Email delivery is handled by our email service provider.

How long we keep it

• Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
• Email subscriber data: retained while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of the unsubscribe (email address only) to make sure we don’t email you again.

Your rights

If you’re in the EU, EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar rules, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email support@gptinvest.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is not intended for users under 18 and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change anything material on this page, the “Last updated” date at the top will change and, where required, we’ll notify subscribers by email.
