By using gptinvest.ai or any of the connected domains — stockratings.ai, trendingstocks.info, aiquantforge.com — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

What this service is

GptInvest is a research and educational publication about US equities. It uses a multi-agent AI scoring system to publish stock ideas, ratings, model portfolios, and quantitative strategy tests. The methodology is documented on the Methodology page.

The site is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on it is personalised advice. For the full set of investment-related disclaimers, see the Disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms.

Who can use the site

You need to be at least 18 years old. You’re responsible for making sure your use of the site complies with the laws of your country of residence. The site does not solicit business in any jurisdiction where doing so would require registration or where it would be unlawful, and we may restrict access from such jurisdictions at any time.

Acceptable use

You may read the site, share links to public pages, and use the content for your own research and educational purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content beyond what a normal browser does
• Republish, redistribute, or resell content without written permission
• Use the site or its data to train machine learning models without written permission
• Reverse-engineer the scoring system or any of the ratings
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm anyone
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, including the email backend or any admin area

We monitor for abuse and may block, rate-limit, or terminate access without notice if we believe the terms are being violated.

Intellectual property

Content on the site — text, ratings, model portfolios, scoring outputs, methodology, design, and code — belongs to GptInvest and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The “GptInvest”, “StockRatings.ai”, “TrendingStocks.info”, and “AIQuantForge” names and any related logos are trademarks of GptInvest.

You’re free to quote the site with attribution for non-commercial purposes (a link back is appreciated). For anything more substantial, ask.

Accounts and subscriptions

If a part of the site requires an account or paid subscription in the future, additional terms specific to those features will apply and will be presented at the point of sign-up. The current public site does not require an account.

If you subscribe to the email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message we send.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific content will be accurate, complete, or current. Markets move. Data feeds break. Models are wrong sometimes. You use the site at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GptInvest and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading gains, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

Some jurisdictions don’t allow the limitation of certain warranties or liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GptInvest, its operators, and contributors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Third-party links and content

The site links to third-party websites, data sources, and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following such links is at your own risk.

Changes to the site or these terms

We may add, change, or remove features and content at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — when we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law sections — will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section affects any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
