Terms of Use

Welcome to GPT Invest. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GPT Invest website, apps, APIs, newsletters, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Important: GPT Invest is a research and technology platform. The Service provides system/model portfolios and a Market Pulse informational feed. It does not provide personalized investment advice, investment management, brokerage services, or execution.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

1.1 System / Model Portfolios

The Service may publish one or more model portfolios (“Model Portfolios”) consisting of hypothetical or illustrative allocations to financial instruments (e.g., equities, ETFs, or other instruments), including periodic updates, rebalancing logic, benchmarks, and performance calculations.

Model Portfolios are systematic (rule-based and/or AI-assisted) and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not tailored to your personal circumstances.

1.2 Market Pulse

The Service may publish “Market Pulse” content (daily/periodic market commentary, highlights, summaries, or insights), which may be AI-generated and based on publicly available or licensed data sources. Market Pulse is informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

1.3 No investment advice or fiduciary relationship

GPT Invest is not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner (unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing for a specific jurisdiction). Nothing on the Service constitutes: investment advice or a recommendation tailored to you; an offer to buy or sell securities; solicitation; or portfolio management services. Using the Service does not create a fiduciary relationship between you and GPT Invest.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2.2 Registration (if available)

Some features may require creating an account or providing an email address (e.g., to follow portfolios, receive updates, or access certain dashboards). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2.3 Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically extract content or data (except where explicitly permitted);
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code, models, prompts, or underlying logic (except to the extent permitted by law);
  • interfere with security, availability, or performance of the Service;
  • misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

We may rate-limit, block, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

4. Important Risk Disclosures

4.1 Investing involves risk

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4.2 Model Portfolios are not personalized and may be hypothetical

Model Portfolios: do not consider your objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, or constraints; may be hypothetical or model-based and may not reflect actual trading, slippage, liquidity constraints, or all fees; may include assumptions that are simplified or not disclosed in full.

4.3 Past performance is not indicative of future results

Any performance shown (including backtests, simulations, benchmarks, or model returns) is not a guarantee of future results.

4.4 AI limitations

AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, misleading, or outdated. You should verify information independently and consult licensed professionals as appropriate.

5. Third-Party Data, Links, and Content

The Service may rely on third-party data providers and may link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or terms. Third-party terms may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, designs, text, branding, and AI outputs as presented) are owned by GPT Invest and/or its licensors. You may view and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless we explicitly authorize otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Service content except where permitted by law.

7. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (and, where applicable, cookie/analytics disclosures). You agree that we may process your information as described there.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPT INVEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: information is accurate, complete, or current; Model Portfolios or Market Pulse will be profitable or suitable; the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPT INVEST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL GPT INVEST’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GPT INVEST FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, EUR 100), UNLESS A HIGHER LIABILITY IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, these limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if: you violate these Terms; we must comply with law or regulatory requests; your use creates security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion is available, you may request deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
